Through years of meditation, yoga, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and kettlebell training, I’ve walked through trauma and released the weight of past relationships, finding strength, peace, and authenticity along the way. For over 20 years, I’ve taught yoga in many styles and cultivated movement and mindfulness as medicine for body, mind, and spirit. Today, I weave these experiences into personalized coaching—supporting others as they navigate their own journey of growth, healing, and self-discovery. It is my deepest honor to walk beside you as you uncover your unique path to wholeness.
